Evan Karanovich, freshman Management major, was named GCSU Emerging Student Leader of the Year by the campus circle of Omicron Delta Kappa, the nation's campus leadership honor society. Karanovich is a Student Ambassador and an SGA Senator who has worked on a number of Student Government projects including the City Relations Committee and Homecoming Parade Committee. He is also the President of 600 Hall at Bobcat Village, a member of GCSU's Student Night Auxiliary Patrol and Parking Appeals Committee, and serves as a volunteer firefighter for the City of Milledgeville.
