• $25.00 nonrefundable fee
• Additional fees are based on your number of employees:

4-9	$50
10-20	$100
21-30	$200
31-40	$300
41-50	$400
Over 50	$500

• After the application is completed, the building will be inspected for structural condition.
• The Fire Department and the Baldwin Health Department will also inspect the building.

• Have an application for Occupational Tax from City Hall, your Georgia State Sales Tax Number and estimates of gross receipts for at least one year.
• The city will calculate the amount of Occupational Tax (based on your gross receipts estimates) and will send the payment to the city.
